 variant calling.\n\nThe course is designed for beginners in NGS bioinforma
 tics and allows scientists with no or little background in computer scienc
 e to get a first hands-on experience in this fast-evolving field.\n\nThe o
 nline course uses a modern web conferencing system. All hands-on NGS analy
 sis is done on a browser-based terminal connected to a high-performance cl
 oud computer - no local installation required. Before the course\, you wil
 l receive a printed manuscript by mail.
