This is the second of two sessions in the Bioconductor Africa Seminar Series on single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis with Bioconductor, presented by Dr Jacques Serizay.

The series introduces biologists and bioinformaticians to single-cell RNA-seq analysis, covering workflows from preprocessing and quality control through to downstream analysis of cell clusters and temporal ordering.
