 ill provide new trainers with knowledge\, skills\, guidance and tips for d
 eveloping and delivering training. Participants will explore a range of me
 thods to enable and encourage learning\, examine the requirements for a su
 ccessful course and acquire appropriate feedback. \n\nThe workshop will:\
 n\n- provide guidance on general training techniques and appropriate use o
 f methods based on learner needs\, including some general 'DO's' and 'DO N
 OTs' for successful training\n- provide a framework for successful curricu
 lum design and further development\, to enable trainers to build a course 
 appropriate to their learners' needs\n\nThe workshop will take place virtu
