CRISPR technology has revolutionized genome editing, making precise genetic modifications with unprecedented speed and accessibility. For anyone working in molecular biology or genetics, a solid understanding of CRISPR is no longer optional - it's essential. You will learn how to design gRNAs, build CRISPR vectors, perform genome edits, and evaluate editing outcomes. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and practical skills to confidently design and execute your own CRISPR experiments, bridging the gap between concept and real-world application.  Through interactive lectures and guided laboratory sessions, this hands-on training combines theory and practice to give you a comprehensive introduction to CRISPR-based genome engineering. You can engage with invited experts during their lectures.
