DESCRIPTION:The aim of the workshop is to show the off-the-shelf technologi
 es and methodologies available using the OpenFOAM® suite in an HPC enviro
 nment. Contributions regarding the following topics are welcomed: parallel
  benchmark and performance\, industrial and academic large scale applicati
 ons\, data intensive I/O applications\, co-design of applications integrat
 ed with system-ware development\, new solvers for massively parallel appli
 cation\, remote and parallel large scale visualization. The workshop is de
 signed to enable the participants to use OpenFOAM® effectively in an HPC 
 enviroment on large scale problems.\n\nSubmission of abstract/presentation

 016\n\nGrant\nThe lunch for the three days will be offered to all the part
 icipants (NOT SUBSCRIBED AS AUDITORS) and some grants are available (FOR N
 OT SUBSCRIBED AS AUDITORS). The only requirement to be eligible is to be n
 ot funded by your institution to attend the course and to work or live in 
 an institute outside the Bologna area. The grant  will be 300 euros for s
 tudents working outside Italy and 150 euros for students working in Italy.
  Some documentation will be required and the grant will be paid only after
  a certified presence of minimum 80% of the lectures.\n\nFurther informati
 on about how to request the grant\, at the confirmation of the Workshop: a
 bout 3 weeks before the starting date.\n\nTopics\nOpenFOAM® suite\, HPC e

  visualizations\, remote visualization......Target Audience\nAcademic and 
 industrial researchers and practitioners which use / are planning to use O
 penFoam® suite in HPC environment. This is not an OpenFoam training cour
 se.Prerequisites \nBasic knowledge of OpenFoam® suite\, CFD background a
