Many research projects and data-driven tasks require working with Linux environments to manage files, run software, and automate processes. Learning to use the Linux command line is essential for working efficiently and independently in these settings. This introductory training covers the fundamentals needed to navigate the Linux file system, manage files and directories, and execute simple scripts.  The training combines short explanations with hands-on exercises on using command line and writing bash scripts on the VSC.
