 r will showcase the recently released [MGnify Proteins](https://www.ebi.ac
 .uk/metagenomics/proteins/) website which provides information regarding t
 he proteins identified through MGnify’s analysis pipeline. In MGnify Pr
 oteins the information about proteins are accompanied by metadata such as 
 underlying biological domains and encountered environments. The protein se
 quence data is further utilised in other MGnify resources such as MGnifams
 \, to generate protein families\, models and structures.
