DESCRIPTION:In Life Sciences and Bioinformatics\, the R programming languag
 e is pivotal for data transformation\, statistical analyses\, and crafting
  publication-ready visualizations. This workshop goes beyond the basics\, 
 offering participants a comprehensive understanding of the R ecosystem. We
  explore best coding practices\, code profiling\, delve into data wranglin
 g intricacies\, emphasize reproducible research and hands-on development o
 f web apps using R.\n\n**Course materials**\n\nCourse materials will be ma
 de available at the beginning of the workshop and will remain open and pub
 licly accessible online for at least a year. You can check out the materia
 ls from previous years below.\n\n**Sessions**\n\nOur daily schedule begins
  with a morning session from 09:00 to 12:30\, starting with breakfast from
  08:30 to 09:00. There will be a 30-minute break at 10:30. Lunch is schedu
 led for 12:30 to 13:30\, followed by the afternoon session from 13:30 to 1
 7:00\, which includes another 30-minute break at 15:00.\n\nPlease be aware
  that online guest lectures may take place after 17:00 due to differing ti
 me zones.\n\nDuring most sessions\, our instructors and teaching assistant
 s will be available to support you with practical exercises and to answer 
 any questions you may have.\n\n\n**Fee and selection**\n\nOnce the registr
 ation period concludes\, we will review your application and notify you of
  our decision. If accepted\, you will have five working days to confirm yo
 ur participation. Failure to do so would imply your inability to attend\, 
 and we will proceed accordingly. Once you confirmed\, our course administr
